Do you have a favorite chat service messenger that you often use when you communicate with your family and friends from afar? I have been using Yahoo Messenger since I started using a library computer at school.
I've never used that. I have chatted a little on Facebook and I just started sending BBM messages on my Blackberry. So far most of my messaging is via the old email.
I think out of all the messengers that Yahoo was always my favorite over the others. Now that most of my family members use text messaging, I don't use Yahoo as much anymore unless someone asks me to.
I have used yahoo but not to have lots of chats with family and friends. I usually use Facebook to chat with my family and friends.
I used to chat a lot on messengers, back in the day when ICQ was all the rage. I don't really use any service now.
I used to use ICQ too. Is it still around? Obviously if it is, it's been pretty much buried by the other options. I remember having an ICQ chat with three or four people at the same time back in the day.
I used to use ICQ as well... the only messenger I use now is msn... though I don't seem to have as much time for it these days.
It is time consuming to IM someone. I would still rather just email someone. esp since I am usually able to chat or email at odd hours.
I don't really get into online chatting, but if I had to (for work reasons), I would usually use Yahoo Messenger. I rarely use the chat feature on Facebook.
