I walk, use the total gym, swim and hunt. I love to go hunting and actually supply my family with a great deal with our winter meat supply that way. I don't hunt just to kill, we eat what I kill.
I use my bike to go to my work so I have that exercise on my legs every morning. Then in the afternoon, I tend to my garden so I carry things or dig the ground that will be my exercise for the upper part of my body.
Basketball is my favorite sport. I always play it, every day. On a normal day, I will play basketball two or three hours a day
Running. I've been a runner since I was 12 and have been going strong ever since. Lately, I've been logging 70 mile weeks with hard speed workouts twice a week. I do abs every other day and I lift 3 times a week, mostly bicep curles, bench, and bent over rows.
I love to walk. I think that lifting weights is good as well. I like to lift weights to get some definition in my arms.
Zumba or Tae-Bo type exercise. I love cardio routines. I used to be a jogger, but haven't really had the time to do it in months. I hope to get back to it soon.
I like walking around my neighborhood. And fortunately for me, Maine allows you to redeem soda bottles and cans for five cents a piece. So as I walk, I pick up these bottles/cans and make a little money on the side while getting a good workout to keep my weight down.
