Well I had to stop at Theisens to get cat food and coolant for my car. I could not resist getting a bag of circus peanuts either. Yum yum,
I bought some sugar, toliet paper, and cleaning supplies on my way home from work tonight. Tomorrow I plan on baking to my hearts content!
I just got back from getting some groceries for the week. It was $55 and I'll probably go again on Sunday, just for the fun of it. The last big-ticket item that was bought was hubby's upgrade for his World of Warcraft account, he needed the last 2 upgrades & it was $79 just for those! Course, I'm not counting regular bills. LOL
I just bought my wife a Mobile phone bluetooth headset and my mother a hearing aid from Amazon. I have really fallen in love with some of Amazons low prices.
My dog has a kennel cough so yesterday I bought a bottle of raw wild honey for her. I also purchased a sachet of dishwashing liquid for our kitchen utensils.
The last thing I purchased is a sports water bottle. I have decided to steer clear of water bottled in plastic bottles and stick to using tap water. Not only more environmentally friendly, but also I have heard of a research that claims the plastic the bottles are made of may dissolve some harmful chemicals in the water over time.
The last thing I bought was a multi-pack of individual size Almond Joys and a bottle of Lip 6. It is the "end" of my sweets and the start of my diet! Sad yet satisfying.
A couple of cans of CloverLeaf tuna for my sick little cat, and something called CatMilk from Whiskas, guaranteed to be gentle on feline stomachs (suspiciously--we'll see...)
The last thing I purchased is a used 2007 Chevy HHR. My car before it was a Pontiac Sunfire. I usually didn't keep it clean, as I hate vaccuming floors and washing cars. However, I kept it in good condition mechanically. And my reward for doing so? It still ran when I sold it with 173,000 miles on it. And just before I sold it, I drove it from Maine to Delaware and back with no problems.
