I have to say that I have never used a Mac myself, but it never really attracted me. Mostly because back in the day you had to pay almost double for the same performance you would get with a pc and the fact that you could not upgrade, change or mod the components like you would when using a pc.
Same here, I have never used a MAC but it is something that I am considering. People say that Macs have better graphics but apart from that what other benefits are there of a MAC instead of a PC?
I used a MAC many years ago at work and really enjoyed it, but for personal use, I've always been a PC person.
I'm a pretty hardcore Mac fan. I switched around 2006 because I needed a new laptop and 17" PC laptops of that era had left a pretty sour taste in my mouth, They were thick, bulky, the batteries barely lasted, and the fans were too loud.
I've only spent a few minutes in total with my hands on a Mac, but I love the hardware. I'm not a fan of the Apple culture, with "i" being a part of so many of the names and the attitude against PC. I say if you love your machine, then show me what you can do with it and let's not argue about the brand name.
