Walking For Health

  1. I like to walk for exercise. However, I find that I have a hard time motivating myself to walk for health reasons. So what I do is collect soda and beer cans/bottles while I walk. Then I redeem them at the local redemption center.
    It's funny that something as serious as my physical health is often not enough to motivate me to go for a walk. But making a dollar per hour is usually enough to get myself to walk. Go figure.
