I recently got CS5 and i was playing around with Flash Builder

 

Basically its like Dreamweaver but only flash.

 

Its really cool and can serve alot of purposes. I just don't have one for it... yet

 

You can build. Mobile Apps / Websites & Web Apps / Desktop Apps

 

All in Adobe Flash or Air

i think thats built just with flash/xml. I don't think it was made in flash builder. but its very nice.
