Basically if you want to delete something which requires 'Full Admin Ownership' this'll do it!

 

Download: http://www.sevenforums.com/attachments/tutorials/78962d1276656458-take-ownership-shortcut-take_ownership.zip

 

Add the 'install .. ' registery.

 

and then right click a file and 'Take Ownership' should appear.

Looks pretty handy actually, i'll probably download as i have had trouble with ownership.
