Giving away a verified paypal would be giving away your credit card or bank details with the account. So I doubt it.

Also if anyone is going to let you use their verified paypal, they would probably want you more active on the Forums. It's like trading, I wouldn't sell an account to someone with say 2 Posts. I'd believe that the same applies here
