The third edition of Saphhire ~ Loader Maker, this time with more features. No more editing up through .txt files.. It's very simple, fill in the info and save the loader.

This is an outdated version but it's the only version I had on my computer. I'm not even sure if it'll work for the latest retros nowadays but oh well ...

As far as I know, this has died out now. I am personally thinking of creating a new one myself, and seeing how shit falls out.

I remember me finding this, by the time I used it.. The dcr links were dead.

im now downloading it and i will use custom DCR then, and we will look if its dead or if it isnt. :)
