Apparently only the latest versions are illegal, old versions are legal.

My bad, looking around most say it's illegal altogether - however that information was posted at least a couple years back.

 

What I do know is Sulake won't sue unless the owner makes hotel and after and ignores Sulake's warnings.

 

Best thing to do would be to email Sulake, ask them whether habbo retro's of a certain version and below are legal or not.
