Just wondering if anyone else does a bit of training? I started bout two months ago, been doing death stuff. Sprints, bag runs, speed chinups, mass situps, loads of curls. Seeing some shape coming into stomach, outline of a six. Went from a 120 - 140 in the two months. I'm sitting around 140 - 150 right now.

I just got an email today from Verisign that ICANN has been putting the final touches/stages on new gTLDs These pretty much give you the ability to create your own gTLD (Generic Top Level Domain) I'm not going to go into too much detail but heres the .PDF articles about the subject.
