Best site I've used is phpacademy.info (http://www.youtube.com/phpacademy). I'm personally a visual learner, so videos are perfect for me. I'm also lazy, so when I can't be bothered I just copy out code. With video tutorials, it's not as easy as to just use the code, as you have to write it, thus learning it.
